Performs ultrasound procedures at a professional level requiring minimal supervision. Using complex equipment performs exams. Ensures delivery of appropriate patient care. Performs work under the delegated authority of the supervising physician.

Serves as a medical imaging professional providing clinically relevant information to assist the physician ensuring delivery of appropriate patient care

Assures activities performed are in accordance with NEBH policies and procedures and professional standards

Performs quality control procedures to ensure optimal imaging

Responsible for participating in on-call coverage

Assists with overall daily operation of department

HeartSaver or BLS certified

ARDMS licensed
